2026 Main Line Grace Education Summer Dance Camp Refund Policy
🩰 一、注册费 Registration Fee
报名确认后，需缴纳注册费 US $50，用于行政与名额保留成本。
此费用一经缴纳，概不退还。
Once enrollment is confirmed, a non-refundable registration fee of US $50 will be charged to cover administrative and enrollment processing costs.
🩰 二、主办方取消 Camp Cancellation by Organizer
若因主办方原因（如报名人数不足、场地问题、安全因素等）导致课程取消，
报名者将获得 100% 全额退款（含注册费），或可选择转入下一期课程。
If the camp is canceled by the organizer (due to insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or safety reasons), participants will receive a 100% full refund, including the registration fee, or may transfer to a future session.
🩰 三、家长／学生取消 Cancellation by Participant
家长/学生取消需以书面通知（邮件或纸质形式）提交。Written notice (email or signed letter) is required for all cancellations.
🩰 四、支付平台与手续费 Platform / Credit Card Fees
若通过 信用卡、PayPal、Venmo、Zelle 或其他第三方支付平台缴费，退款时将扣除支付平台或银行收取的手续费及税费（一般为 2.9%–3.5% + 固定交易费）。退款金额以主办方实际收到的净额为准。Refunds will be processed based on the net amount received by the organizer, after deducting non-recoverable transaction and processing fees (typically 2.9%–3.5% plus fixed fees) charged by payment platforms or banks.
🩰 五、因病或特殊原因退费 Medical or Exceptional Circumstances
若学生因疾病、伤害或不可抗力因素无法继续参加课程，且在课程未完成 50% 之前退出，可申请部分退费（须提供医生证明）。课程完成比例 / Attendance退费规则 / Refund Rate (Excluding Registration Fee)0 – 25% 课程完成 / 0–25% completed扣除注册费 + 10% 管理费，退还 90% 净额 / Refund 90% net tuition (minus 10% admin fee + registration fee)26 – 50% 课程完成 / 26–50% completed扣除注册费 + 20% 管理费，退还 70% 净额 / Refund 70% net tuition (minus 20% admin fee + registration fee)> 50% 课程完成 / > 50% completed不退费，可获下期抵扣 / No refund; credit may be issued for future programs“管理费”用于行政、保险、名额损失等运营成本。Administrative fees cover processing, insurance, and operational losses.
🩰 六、部分出席与缺席 Partial Attendance or Absence
若学生因个人原因缺席、迟到或早退，不予退款或转期。若课程已开始且学生出勤超过 50% 课程天数，视为课程已完成，不予退款。No refunds or transfers will be provided for absences, late arrivals, or early withdrawals.Once a student has attended over 50% of the program, the course is considered completed.
🩰 七、退款方式与时限 Refund Process and Timeline
所有符合条件的退款将在确认后 30 个工作日内 通过原支付渠道退还。若原渠道无法退回（如 Zelle），将以支票或银行转账形式退还。若选择课程抵扣（credit），须在 12 个月内使用。Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days via the original payment method.If not possible, refunds will be processed by check or bank transfer. Credits must be used within 12 months.
🩰 八、协议条款 Agreement
报名与缴费即视为家长/学员已阅读并同意本退费政策。本政策依据宾夕法尼亚州教育法规 (22 Pa. Code § 73.134) 及美国夏令营协会 (NACA) 指导原则制定。Enrollment and payment constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of this Refund Policy.This policy is established in accordance with Pennsylvania Education Regulations (22 Pa. Code § 73.134) and the National Camp Association guidelines.
