报名与退费政策 1. Registration Fee 注册费 •A $25 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment. 所有学生在报名时需缴纳 25 美元注册费，该费用 不予退还。 •This fee covers administrative costs, student records, insurance, and related expenses. 注册费用于行政、档案建立、保险及相关管理成本。 2. Tuition Fee 学费 •Tuition must be paid in full before the semester begins. 学费须在学期开始前 一次性缴清。 •Tuition does not include performance costumes, competition fees, or other additional expenses. 学费 不包括 演出服装、比赛及其他额外费用。 3. Tuition Refund Policy 学费退费政策 If a student withdraws due to personal reasons, the refund policy is as follows: 如学生因个人原因退课，退费标准如下： •Before the first class begins 开课前退课 → 100% tuition refund (excluding registration fee) → 学费全额退还（不含注册费） •Within the first 2 weeks of the semester 开课后两周内退课 → 80% tuition refund → 退还已缴学费的 80% •Within the first month of the semester 开课一个月内退课 → 50% tuition refund → 退还已缴学费的 50% •After the first month of the semester 开课一个月后退课 → No refund → 学费 不予退还 Refunds will be processed within 30 days after a Written Withdrawal Request is submitted.退费将在收到家长提交的 书面退课申请 后 30 日内处理。 4. Class Adjustment & Absence 课程调整与缺课 •The school reserves the right to adjust class times, instructors, and curriculum when necessary.校方保留根据需要调整课程时间、教师和教学内容的权利。 •Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable for absences due to personal reasons. 因学生个人原因缺课，学费 不予退还或抵扣。 •In case of extreme weather or force majeure, classes may be rescheduled. 如遇极端天气或不可抗力因素，课程可能调整或改期。
